Job summary

St Joseph's Primary School, Kangaroo Point, is seeking a Diverse Learning Leader (DLL) to drive inclusive education and MTSS across the school. This part-time role (15 hours/week) offers strategic leadership to improve student engagement, wellbeing and outcomes for diverse learners.

You will collaborate with leaders, teachers and families, lead professional learning, analyse data for targeted interventions, and ensure BCE compliance.

Qualifications

• Full registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) required.
• Minimum five years' teaching experience with inclusive education practice.
• Ability to lead MTSS and inclusive education initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of inclusive education across the school.
• Develop and evaluate systems and data processes to support diverse learners.
• Analyse student performance and wellbeing data to drive targeted interventions.
• Facilitate coaching, mentoring and professional learning for staff.
• Lead collaboration within school support teams to ensure equity in student support.
• Foster partnerships with families and external stakeholders.
• Ensure BCE policies and statutory obligations compliance (DDA/DSE).
