Job summary

Our Lady of Mercy Catholic College Burraneer seeks a permanent Leader of Diverse Learning (2pt) to lead the Diverse Learning faculty in a vibrant Catholic education setting. The role is full-time and based at Burraneer, commencing 28 January 2027.

You will work with staff, students, parents and external partners to improve learning outcomes, identify needs, develop PLPs, and support curriculum differentiation within a data-informed framework.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage the Diverse Learning faculty.
• Foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with staff, students, parents and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify students with special educational needs and facilitate referrals.
• Monitor intervention and differentiate curriculum.
• Contribute to professional development and PLP design.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality and NCCD requirements.
