Expeditors is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead our District Sales Program in Brisbane. The role focuses on developing the sales team, driving revenue, and coordinating with Product and Geo leaders to push initiatives across the district.

You will recruit and nurture talent, manage budgets, and maintain strong customer relationships, aligning with Expeditors' culture and branding guidelines. A track record in KPI achievement and contract negotiations is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated management experience leading a 3+ person team.
• Ability to meet KPI targets and drive revenue growth.
• Contract negotiations experience.
• Structured, organized, and dependable with local market insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the District Sales Program vision and strategy.
• Assess market trends and report to leadership teams.
• Maintain marketing aligned with branding and host events.
• Facilitate product initiatives with Product/Geo leaders.
• Close large opportunities with the Sales executive team.
• Recruit and interview to fill sales roles.
• Manage the Sales Department budget.
• Coordinate weekly Sales meetings.
• Coach team toward expectations and transitions.
• Develop career plans for Sales Ops and Executives.
