Job summary

Multigate Medical Products Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Distribution Manager to lead outsourced warehousing, inventory control and national transport operations from our Yennora location. You will manage 3PL contracts, carrier relationships and ensure service levels align with business growth.

The role requires strong operational governance, cost-effective distribution, and regular performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Demonstratable experience in a Distribution Manager role in B2B distribution.
• Experience managing outsourced warehousing and national transportation operations.
• Experience managing 3PL and carrier contracts, service levels and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance across outsourced warehousing, inventory control, order fulfilment and national transport.
• Oversee 3PL warehouse providers from inbound receiving to dispatch and returns.
• Lead reviews, capacity planning and peak readiness across the warehouse network.
