Job summary

Norco is seeking a reliable team member for our cold room distribution at Labrador's busy milk manufacturing site. In this casual role you’ll help pack, load and deliver orders safely and on time, under a supportive team that takes pride in quality dairy products from farm to fridge.

Be prepared for 24/7 warehouse operations on 3 shifts; on-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to multi-skill and progress for motivated individuals who value safety and detailed procedures.

Qualifications

• Physically fit for manual tasks in a cold-room environment.
• Hold a current forklift ticket or be willing to upskill.
• Strong focus on safety and WHS principles.
• Reliable and able to work flexible shifts (including weekends & public holidays).
• Able to follow procedures with minimal supervision.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic literacy and numeracy to complete order documentation.
• Take pride in work, use problem-solving skills and make sound decisions.

About the role:

We're looking for an energetic and reliable team member to join our cold room distribution team at our busy milk manufacturing site inLabrador.

In thisCasualposition you’ll help make sure our orders are packed, loaded and delivered accurately, safely and on time. You'll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing a great job every day and you'll play an important part in keeping our dairy products moving from farm to fridge.

We know how important work/life balance is and that this is different for everyone. We run our warehouse 24/7 over 3 shifts so we are confident we will be able to find the right fit for your lifestyle.

On-the-job training will be provided, and there are great opportunities to multi-skill and progress to higher grades for motivated team members.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks in a cold-room environment
• Hold a current forklift ticket and are confident operating in confined spaces (or willing to upskill)
• Have a strong focus on safety and understand WHS principles
• Are reliable and happy to work shift work (including weekends & public holidays)
