Job summary

Fantastic career in Queensland is seeking a Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead floor operations, coordinating receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch while driving safety and accuracy. You will balance production needs with people leadership to ensure on-time, safe delivery of products.

Qualifications

Experience supervising a team in a warehouse, distribution centre or logistics environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control.
Practical leadership style with the ability to motivate people and set clear expectations.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanning.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse activities and allocate resources to meet operational targets.
Lead, coach and develop your team, managing attendance, training and performance.
Champion safe working practices through visible leadership and regular coaching.
Monitor productivity, resolve operational issues and identify improvements.
Investigate stock discrepancies and support inventory accuracy.
Work closely with transport, inventory and administration teams.
