Job summary

Fantastic Furniture is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor in Brisbane to oversee daily warehouse flow, balance priorities, and lead a team to operate safely and efficiently. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch with a focus on accuracy and on-time performance.

Be prepared to coach staff, implement process improvements, and collaborate with transport, inventory and admin teams to meet peak-period demands while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a warehouse, distribution centre or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control.
• Practical leadership style with ability to motivate people and set clear expectations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanning.
• Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Forklift licence would be highly regarded.
