Job summary

find your Fantastic career is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safety and drive performance. You will lead a on-floor team, coordinate picking, packing and dispatch while coaching staff and managing attendance and training.

You will monitor productivity, address issues, investigate stock discrepancies and plan for peak periods. A forklift licence is highly regarded and you’ll work with cross-functional teams to support accuracy

Qualifications

Experience supervising a team in a warehouse, distribution centre or logistics environment.
A strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanning.
Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
A commitment to safety and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A forklift licence would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse activities and allocate resources to meet operational targets.
Lead, coach and develop your team, managing attendance, training and performance.
Champion safe working practices through visible leadership and regular coaching.
Monitor productivity, resolve operational issues and identify improvements.
Investigate stock discrepancies and support inventory accuracy.
Plan for peak periods and communicate priorities through regular team briefings.
