find your Fantastic career is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safety and drive performance. You will lead a on-floor team, coordinate picking, packing and dispatch while coaching staff and managing attendance and training.

You will monitor productivity, address issues, investigate stock discrepancies and plan for peak periods. A forklift licence is highly regarded and you’ll work with cross-functional teams to support accuracy

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising a team in a warehouse, distribution centre or logistics environment.
• A strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanning.
• Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to safety and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A forklift licence would be highly regarded.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily flow of products through receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
