The Role

Our Chelsea Heights site is located in Melbourne's south-east, manufacturing a range of more than 44 milk, milk-based beverages and cream products. The site currently produces around 100 million litres of product every year!

We are looking for our next Distribution Centre Manager to join the team in Chelsea Heights! They will play a key role in leading our outbound logistics operations at our Chelsea distribution centre. Leading a team of 3 direct reports and around 50 indirect reports across the site, this role's purpose is to deliver an effective, efficient, and agile Warehouse Operation. This is an exciting opportunity to drive safety, performance, and collaboration across teams while contributing to our strategic goals.

This role works on site at Chelsea Monday to Friday during operating hours, with some flexibility on WFH days and working hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 50, fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
