Job summary

Bega Group's Team Manager - Distribution will lead our distribution operations team to deliver exceptional service safely and on time, while developing people and fostering a high-performing culture.

The role is based at our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, with a permanent night shift 8:00 pm to 4:00 am, Monday to Friday. You will drive efficiency, safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

The Role

As Team Manager - Distribution, you will lead our distribution operations team to deliver outstanding customer service safely, efficiently and on time. You will play a key role in driving operational performance while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate must be available to work a permanent night shift, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 pm to 4:00 am.

Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!
