Workwear Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced distribution leader to own the Melbourne Airport Distribution Centre, supervising a two-shift operation and driving safety, service and cost outcomes.
Reporting to the General Manager, Supply & Distribution, you will mentor four direct reports, manage workforce planning, and partner with cross-functional teams to consistently deliver DIFOT and other KPIs while building a high-performing, inclusive culture.
