Job summary

Vinidex, part of the Aliaxis group, is seeking a Distribution Administrator for our Toowoomba facility. You will support the distribution network with accurate SAP processing, paperwork, and coordination of orders across inbound/outbound activities.

The role requires strong organisation, data-driven approach, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and 3PLs to ensure on-time delivery and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse administration, or supply chain.
• Exposure to SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound transactions accurately in SAP.
• Prepare dispatch paperwork, delivery documentation and transport manifests.
• Coordinate customer orders to meet delivery commitments.
• Manage stock invoicing and receipting with 3PL warehouses.
• Support inventory control activities including stock reconciliations and cycle counts.
• Monitor customer returns and ensure documentation is complete.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Distribution Administrator to join our distribution team at Vinidex manufacturing facility in Toowoomba.

This role is ideal for a highly organised and data driven administrator who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys working across inventory, distribution, customer service, and third-party logistics operations.

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a broad range of administrative and operational activities that support the day-to-day functioning of the distribution network.

What will you do?

• Processing inbound and outbound transactions accurately in SAP.
• Preparing dispatch paperwork, delivery documentation, and transport manifests.
• Coordinating customer orders to ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
• Managing stock invoicing and receipting between company and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
• Supporting inventory control activities, including stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Monitoring customer returns and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
• Acting as a key point of contact for NATGAS operational enquiries.
• Liaising with internal teams and external transport providers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate records to support operational performance.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies across the distribution function.

About you

• Experience in a logistics, distribution, warehouse administration, customer service, or supply chain role.
• Exposure to SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
