Job summary

Hunter Homes in Port Macquarie, NSW is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first contact for prospective clients visiting our display homes. You will support New Home Advisors with lead management, client engagement, appointment coordination and proactive follow-up to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

You should be commercially minded, confident speaking with clients and driven by sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and pursuing sales outcomes.
• Commercially minded with initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and schedule appointments.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging prospective clients visiting display homes.
• Responding to telephone, email, digital and face-to-face sales enquiries.
• Qualifying leads and understanding client requirements including budget, land, location, design, and timeframes.
• Booking and coordinating appointments for New Home Advisors.
• Proactively following up prospective clients and nurturing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Maintaining accurate client information, activities and follow-up tasks within HubSpot.
• Supporting New Home Advisors with quotations, preliminary information, documentation and client follow-up.
• Ensuring sales documents and client records are accurate and completed within required timeframes.
• Developing knowledge of Hunter Homes designs, inclusions, pricing, promotions and sales processes.
• Supporting sales campaigns, display initiatives and broader growth strategies.
• Maintaining the presentation and professional operation of display homes.
• Collaborating with wider Sales team and internal departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Contributing to agreed sales activity, conversion and performance objectives.
