Job summary

Simonds Homes is seeking a Sales Host to work at our display homes in Spring Mountain and the Brisbane West region. This part-time role runs Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm and places you at the front line for prospective clients.

You will promote the Simonds brand, greet visitors, assist the Sales Consultant, and maintain the display. This role offers flexibility and a stepping stone into sales or customer service in residential building.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in interacting with a diverse range of customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective clients at display homes.
• Promote the Simonds brand and products to drive potential sales.
• Provide general assistance to the Sales Consultant as required.
• Maintain the appearance and tidiness of the display home.
• Compile and restock marketing materials.
• Book client meetings and appointments.
