DDS Nanango is seeking a reliable and motivated Pharmacy Assistant / Dispensary Technician to join our friendly team. This role welcomes applicants with strong computer literacy eager to learn, with training and support provided to the right person.

You will support pharmacists with day-to-day operations, process prescriptions, learn dispensing systems, manage DAAs, and maintain patient records while delivering professional customer service.

Formación

• Experience in a pharmacy or dispensary helps, but strong computer literacy and quick learning are valued.
• Ability to learn dispensing systems and maintain patient records.
• Experience with DAA packing is an advantage.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, positive and professional attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Support pharmacists with day-to-day pharmacy and dispensary operations
• Process prescriptions and assist with dispensary workflow
• Learn and use pharmacy dispensing systems
• Prepare and manage DOSE Administration Aids (DAAs)
• Maintain accurate patient and medication records
• Manage stock including ordering and receiving
• Assist with general pharmacy administration
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members
• Follow procedures, policies and professional requirements
