Job summary

Direct Chemist Outlet Morayfield, QLD is seeking a Dispensary Technician to support pharmacists with prescriptions, stock control, and customer care. Join a family-owned pharmacy that values service and accuracy.

Applicants should hold S2/S3 certificates, have pharmacy experience, and be comfortable with dispensing software (FRED dispense advantageous). Ongoing training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy experience required (holder of S2, S3 certificates)
• Experience with Webster packing preferred (not essential)
• Must have previous experience as a Dispensary Technician
• Strong customer service and communication skills, as well as high attention to detail and accuracy
• A caring nature, team focus, and willingness to learn and grow
• Experience with FRED dispense plus advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and dispensing
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and healthcare advice
• Manage stock - ordering, rotating, and storing medication
• Assisting in the dispensary with scripts in/out
