Job summary

Star Discount Chemist Narangba is seeking a Dispense Technician to join our team, offering Full time or Part time roles. You will support pharmacists, process prescriptions efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking. Pharmacy experience or a progression path from Pharmacy Assistant is preferred, with attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience dispensing prescriptions and assisting pharmacists.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with dispensing prescriptions.
• Pack Dose Administration Aids (Webster packs).
• Provide product knowledge and assist with customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Process orders and manage dispensary stock.
