What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in Australian community pharmacy (essential)
• Has experience as a Dispensary Technician
• Is confident, accurate, and efficient in dispensary workflow
• Takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining high dispensary standards
• Genuinely enjoys helping customers and supporting patient care
• Works well in a team and contributes to a positive, professional environment
• Can work independently and take ownership of their role

What the Role Involves

As a Dispensary Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Taking in and handing out prescriptions
• Dispensing medications and processing S3 and S4 requests
• Assisting with dispensary workflow and day-to-day operations
• Stock management tasks such as stocktaking, ordering, and reporting
• Processing sales and helping maintain an organised, efficient dispensary
• Supporting the team in delivering a high standard of customer service and patient care

This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week.
