Selby’s Pty.Ltd. in Dandenong South is seeking a reliable Dispatch & Inwards Goods Officer to join our production team.

You will pick, pack and dispatch orders, check paperwork, organise freight and maintain stock records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers a stable, Australian-made business with a supportive team and opportunities to develop skills in warehousing and dispatch processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, warehousing or inwards goods.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow paperwork and procedures.
• A current forklift licence and forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Check finished goods against job paperwork to ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Arrange freight bookings and prepare consignment notes and dispatch documentation.
• Receive incoming goods, check deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies or damaged stock.
• Unload, move and store incoming materials and supplies in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure materials are readily accessible.
• Coordinate with production and office staff to ensure jobs are dispatched on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and dispatch area.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required.

We are seeking a reliable, organised and hands-on Dispatch & Inwards Goods Officer to join our production team at our Dandenong South facility.

This is a varied, practical role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of getting orders out on time.

Key Responsibilities
