Job summary

Selby’s is seeking a reliable Dispatch & Inwards Goods Officer to join the Dandenong South production team. This fast-paced, hands-on role keeps orders moving from warehouse to dispatch.

You will pick and pack, check paperwork, book freight, manage incoming deliveries, maintain stock records and support production and office teams. Forklift experience and strong teamwork are valued in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, warehousing, or inwards goods.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Reliable, proactive, and team orientated.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Forklift licence and experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Check finished goods against job paperwork to ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Arrange freight bookings and prepare consignment notes and dispatch documentation.
• Receive incoming goods, check deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies or damaged stock.
• Unload, move and store incoming materials and supplies in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure materials are readily accessible.
• Coordinate with production and office staff to ensure jobs are dispatched on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and dispatch area.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required.

We are seeking a reliable, organised and hands-on Dispatch & Inwards Goods Officer to join our production team at our Dandenong South facility.
