Job summary

Australian Laboratory Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage our Stafford warehouse and dispatch operations. You will lead a small team, plan daily workloads, ensure accurate and timely packaging and shipping of containers and sample kits, and maintain stock control while upholding safety and quality.

This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:45pm, and offers training to understand ALS processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading, supervising or coordinating a small team.
• Confidence planning work, prioritising tasks and responding to changing demands.
• A calm, practical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience with stock control, ordering or inventory management is advantageous.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our warehouse and dispatch operations. We’re looking for a practical, organised and people-focused individual to lead our busy warehouse and dispatch operation in Stafford. This is an ideal opportunity for a supervisor or team leader from hospitality, retail, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or another fast-paced service environment who is ready for a fresh challenge. You do not need laboratory or warehouse experience to apply. We’ll provide the training you need to understand our processes and products. What matters most is your ability to lead a team, keep work flowing, maintain high standards and make sure customers receive what they need, every time, on time. This is a permanent, fulltime position, Monday-Friday 7:30am - 3:45pm.

The Day to Day
