ALS Global is seeking an experienced Team Leader to run our Stafford warehouse and dispatch operations in Queensland. You’ll lead a small, hands-on team, plan daily workloads, and ensure containers and sample kits are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.

Training will be provided to learn our processes, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and reliable service. Ideal candidates will have prior team leadership experience in fast-paced environments and a keen eye for detail, with

This is an ideal opportunity for a supervisor or team leader from hospitality, retail, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or another fast-paced service environment who is ready for a fresh challenge.You do not need laboratory or warehouse experience to apply. We’ll provide the training you need to understand our processes and products. What matters most is your ability to lead a team, keep work flowing, maintain high standards and make sure customers receive what they need, every time, on time.This is a permanent, fulltime position, Monday-Friday 7:30am - 3:45pm.The Day to DayYou’ll lead a small team responsible for preparing and dispatching containers and sample kits used by our clients. It’s a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same.
