Job summary

ALS in Stafford, near Brisbane, Australia, is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our warehouse and dispatch operations. You’ll lead a small team, plan workloads, and ensure shipments are accurate and on time.

No laboratory or warehouse experience is required as training will be provided. We welcome applicants from hospitality, retail, logistics, warehousing or other fast-paced service environments who can motivate others and maintain high standards.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our warehouse and dispatch operations. We’re looking for a practical, organised and people-focused individual to lead our busy warehouse and dispatch operation in Stafford. This is an ideal opportunity for a supervisor or team leader from hospitality, retail, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or another fast-paced service environment who is ready for a fresh challenge. You do not need laboratory or warehouse experience to apply. We’ll provide the training you need to understand our processes and products. What matters most is your ability to lead a team, keep work flowing, maintain high standards and make sure customers receive what they need, every time, on time. This is a permanent, fulltime position, Monday-Friday 7:30am - 3:45pm.

The Day to Day
