Job summary

ALS Life Sciences in Stafford, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Team Leader to run our warehouse and dispatch operations. This hands-on role focuses on leading a small team, ensuring containers and sample kits are prepared, labelled and dispatched accurately and on time.

You don't need lab experience; training is provided. The role is permanent, full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:45pm, with opportunities to develop in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to prepare and dispatch containers and sample kits.
• Plan daily workloads and allocate tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure containers and sample kits are labelled and dispatched on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.
• Collaborate to continually improve processes and team performance.
