RACQ is seeking a Dispatch Officer to coordinate patrols and external providers across Queensland, balancing member needs with available resources to deliver timely roadside assistance.

You’ll dispatch patrols, monitor demand, prioritise events, and make real-time allocation decisions while communicating across teams and systems. Applicants should thrive under pressure and have strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
