Job summary

Talent Acquisition Group in Melbourne seeks a reliable Customer Service / Despatch Support representative for casual, shift-based work at Tullamarine. You will handle inbound calls, bookings, and assist the Despatch Team with routing and driver coordination.

The role requires a strong customer service background, familiarity with Melbourne suburbs and regional Victoria, and the ability to work 2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday to Friday, with penalties impacting pay.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to handle inquiries.
• Knowledge of Melbourne suburbs and regional Victoria is a plus.
• Ability to use computer systems for bookings and enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and enter bookings.
• Meet customer service KPIs and targets.
• Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Escalate complex issues as needed.
• Monitor call queues and liaise with Operations.
• Respond to driver, customer and staff enquiries.
