Job summary

Speedpanel Systems is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to join the Warehouse team at our Bayswater head office. This full-time role supports the Dispatch Supervisor with daily dispatch activities, including truck bookings, quotes, and ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time.

You will help load/unload, maintain dispatch records in WMS/MYOB, and provide timely customer service while aligning with Speedpanel safety and procedures. Collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, transport or warehousing.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with WMS/MYOB/Microsoft Office.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and maintain safety.
• Safety and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dispatch Supervisor with day-to-day management and act as second-in-charge.
• Coordinate daily dispatch operations (picking, packing, loading, transport, deliveries).
• Manage the Dispatch Calendar and delivery schedules with required documentation.
• Provide freight quotes and coordinate reliable freight providers.
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve delays or issues.
• Maintain dispatch records in WMS/MYOB and other systems.
• Provide high level customer service for dispatch-related requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory, Production, Warehouse and Purchasing.
• Assist with workload allocation and operational issue resolution.
• Identify improvements to dispatch processes and costs.
