Job summary

Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) is seeking a Team Leader for a permanent part-time position based in Traralgon. You will balance client care with leadership duties, including admin and coordination tasks, while remaining hands-on on rosters.

The role offers regular hours, with flexibility to accommodate program needs and occasional office-based work at our Warragul HQ. All applicants must have or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Disability is required.
• Excellent communication, organisation and admin skills.
• Confidence working with scheduling and documentation.
• Willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead on admin, communication and coordination tasks.
• Roaster management and direct support to clients.
• Act as the link between clients, support workers and the office team.
• Maintain scheduling and documentation to keep the program running smoothly.

Step into Leadership - Become a Team Leader at DCV!

Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) is on the lookout for a passionate and organised Team Leader to help drive quality support in a 24x7 SIL House . This is the perfect next step for a Support Worker ready to take on more responsibility while staying hands-on with client care.

You'll still be on the roster, providing direct support, but you'll also take the lead on key admin, communication, and coordination tasks that keep the program running smoothly. Think of yourself as the vital link between clients, support workers, and the office team.

This is a permanent part-time position based in Traralgon.

Will be up to 36 hours per week, during business hours
