This full‑time role supports individuals to develop work-ready skills in a busy manufacturing setting, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality training and guidance in line with NDIS and organisational standards.

Qualifications

• Cert IV In Disability Services preferred; related fields acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workplace support and on-the-job skills training to individuals with disabilities.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive work environment for learning.
• Deliver behaviour-based interventions and support.
• Assist with onboarding, induction, trials, training programs, and project work.
• Prepare participant progress and reports to record goals and behaviours.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to improvements.
• Adhere to NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
• Contribute to Workplace Health & Safety practices.
