Job summary

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to provide in-home assistance in the St Albans area, Melbourne. Each client receives a minimum of two hours to build rapport and meaningful connections, with shifts Monday to Friday and potential weekend coverage.

Role includes personal care, transport, domestic tasks and social support at clients’ homes within a defined area. Training, flexible shifts, and supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a current driver’s license.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid.
• Availability to work 10–15 hours per week.
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support.

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, there is time to build rapport and rewarding connections.

We are currently recruiting for participants and clients in the St Albans area with services required Monday to Friday. Shifts may suit students studying nursing or a related allied health discipline.

About You:

• Current driver’s license
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid
• Availability to work minimum 10-15 hours per week
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support & travel to client’s homes within a specified location

Longer hours and increased workloads are available, and the role may include weekend and overnight services.
