Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic Support Workers to assist participants in the Loftus area. Roles include providing personal care, transport, domestic support and social activities with a minimum of 2 hours per client.

Qualifications

• Must have a current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain.
• Available to work 10–15 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Willing to provide personal care, transport, domestic assistance, and social support.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support across care tasks as required.
• Assist with personal care, transport, domestic duties and social activities.
• Travel to client homes within the defined service area.

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, there is time to build rapport and rewarding connections.

We are currently seeking Support Workers for participants in Loftus area.

Services are required Monday to Sunday and may suit experienced Support Workers, students studying nursing or allied health discipline.

About You:

• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be available to work minimum 10-15 hours per week - Monday to Friday
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support & travel to client’s homes within a specified location.
