Job summary

Focus Care is seeking caring and compassionate Support Workers to assist clients in the Ipswich area, including Brassall. With a minimum of two hours per client, you’ll have time to build rapport and deliver meaningful connections.

Shifts run Monday to Friday, with longer hours available and potential weekend or overnight duties. A current driver’s license, willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Check, and First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and reliable transport.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid certification.
• Availability to work minimum 10–15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, transport, and domestic assistance for clients.
• Offer social support and assist with travel to client homes within the service area.
• Availability for longer hours, weekends, and overnight shifts as needed.

We are currently recruiting for clients in the Ipswich area including Brassall – with services required Monday to Friday. Shifts may suit students studying nursing or a related allied health discipline.

About You:

• Current driver’s license
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid
• Availability to work minimum 10-15 hours per week
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support & travel to client’s homes within a specified location

Longer hours and increased workloads are available, and the role may include weekend and overnight services.
