Job summary

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic Support Workers to provide in-home care across Coburg, Richmond and surrounding areas. Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, with a minimum of two hours per client to build rapport and meaningful connections.

Role includes personal care, transport, domestic assistance and social support, with weekend and overnight options. Training and development opportunities are offered in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain.
• Availability to work minimum 10-15 hours per week.
• Willingness to provide services including personal care, transport, domestic assistance and social support.
• Travel to clients’ homes within Coburg, Richmond and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in-home.
• Transport clients to appointments or activities as required.
• Assist with domestic tasks and social engagement.

Job description

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, there is time to build rapport and rewarding connections.

We are currently recruiting for several participants and clients in Coburg and Richmond including (and surrounding areas) with services required Monday to Sunday. Shifts may suit students studying nursing or a related allied health discipline.

About You:

• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability to work minimum 10-15 hours per week
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support & travel to client's homes within a specified location

Longer hours and increased workloads are available, and the role may include weekend and overnight services.
