Job summary

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, there is time to build rapport and rewarding connections. We are currently recruiting for participants in the Caulfield area with services required Monday to Sunday.

• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability to work minimum 10-15 hours per week.
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support & travel to client’s homes within a specified location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support including personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support.
• Travel to client homes within the specified location to deliver services.
• Build rapport with clients and maintain a supportive relationship.
