Australian Care Agency is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist clients with daily living, community access, and wellbeing in Brisbane.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Certificate III or IV in disability or equivalent.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• National Police Check.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Smart phone with internet access.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (personal care, community access, domestic assistance).
• Support community participation and social engagement.
• Promote independence and wellbeing.
