Workpro is seeking Disability Support Workers for Brisbane East & Inner South with a focus on person-centred care. Casual / temporary roles offer flexible rosters across Brisbane suburbs.

You will support daily living, mobility, medication administration and community access in a home-care setting. A minimum of two years in disability or complex-care, a relevant qualification, and current First Aid/CPR are required, along with screening checks and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' disability or complex-care experience.
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Health Care or a related qualification.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or relevant state clearance
• Current manual-handling and medication‑administration certification
• Driver licence, reliable transport and appropriate vehicle insurance where client transport is required
• Australian work rights

Key Duties

Essential Requirements

• Minimum two years' disability or complex-care experience
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Health Care or a related qualification
• Current First Aid and CPR

Desirable Experience Or Licences

• ABI, TBI or behavioural‑support experience
• Bowel, catheter, PEG, epilepsy or other complex-care experience
• Working With Children Check where required
• Experience working within a 24/7 home‑care team

Shift and Availability

AM, PM, active-night and sleepover shifts may be available across seven-day rosters. Record your regular availability and any restrictions clearly.

Indicative Market Pay

$35-$45 per hour + super; penalties may apply

Based on live advertised rates reviewed September 2026. The actual rate will depend on the employer, award or agreement, employment type, duties, shift, penalties and overtime.
