Olive Care Disability Services Pty Ltd is looking for compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in the Wollongong, Shellharbour and Nowra areas. We provide care in homes and community settings, focusing on person-centred support to improve daily living and independence close to home.

We offer casual shifts with weekday rates between $38 and $46 per hour, plus 25% casual loading and penalties for weekends/after-hours.

We are currently seeking passionate, qualified, and experienced professionals for Disability Support Workers roles in homes and the community.

Main Role:

Assist with daily living, domestic tasks, and meal preparation.

What we offer:

Casual rates ranging from $38 to $46 weekday per hour (depending on qualification and experience)

25% casual loading in addition to the hourly rate

Penalties and evening/weekend allowances paid in accordance with the award
