All About Caring in Illawarra (Wollongong region) is hiring a Disability Support Worker (Casual) to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them with daily living, meals, and community activities. Located in Warrawong, NSW.

The role includes long shifts from 7am-1pm, 1pm-5pm, and overnight 7pm-7am, with at least one night per week; the team emphasises compassionate care, independence, and respect for rights and dignity, with training and development

About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.

• Located in Warrawong, NSW
• Long Shifts - 7am - 1pm, 1pm - 5pm and Inactive overnight 7pm - 7am

Key Responsibilities

• Personal & Health Support – assisting with daily living, medication, and specialized care
• Daily Living Assistance – meal preparation, feeding, and household tasks.
• Community Engagement – supporting clients to access social and community activities.

• Must be able to work at least 1 night per week
