Job summary

Olive Care Disability Services Pty Ltd is looking for compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in the Wollongong, Shellharbour and Nowra areas. We provide care in homes and community settings, focusing on person-centred support to improve daily living and independence close to home.

We offer casual shifts with weekday rates between $38 and $46 per hour, plus 25% casual loading and penalties for weekends/after-hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living, domestic tasks and meal preparation.
• Support the development of independence skills.
• Facilitate community access for appointments, outings and leisure.
• Enhance capacity in transportation, personal care and social interactions.
• Guide participants in achieving their goals.
• Follow procedures, including data compilation and report writing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of participant interactions and services provided
