Life Without Barriers in Chinchilla, QLD, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a person with disability who enjoys fishing, BBQs, movies and community events. This permanent part-time role offers 1–2 shifts per week (2–5 hours) with Monday–Friday availability and occasional Saturdays.
You will follow person-centred plans, support goal achievement, maintain records and build strong relationships with families and colleagues while advocating for client choice and control.

Joining our team in Chinchilla, you will support a person with disability who accesses our community access services.
The person you will be supporting enjoys fishing, BBQ’s, movies and attending events and markets and is looking for a support worker who shares these interests and is passionate about active support.
You will join the team on a permanent part-time basis of 1–2-day shifts per week between 2-5 hours in length. There is flexibility in days worked Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
