Holistic Futures is seeking Disability Support Workers to join our Victoria-based team, providing non-active sleepover and morning shifts across multiple locations (Bundoora, South Morang, Doncaster).

Applicants should have a Cert IV in Disability or equivalent, with checks including NDIS Worker and Working with Children, as well as a valid driver's license and First Aid. A passion for supporting diverse individuals is essential.

Responsabilités

• Support individuals to achieve goals in line with their NDIS Plan.
• Provide daily living support including personal care.
• Perform domestic duties such as vacuuming, laundry and cleaning.
• Administer medications according to plans.
• Help clients access the community.
• Deliver behavioural support and manage behaviours of concern.

Disability Support Worker (non-active sleepover shifts + Mornings)

About the role:

We have multiple opportunities for new employees to join our team. We are looking for support workers who are flexible, have a range of availability and who have a passion for supporting a range of individuals.

We are seeking disability support workers, who can work in Bundoora, South Morang and Doncaster in our supported accommodation homes.

We are looking for staff who can do

Non active sleepover shifts, from 3 or 4pm to 8 or 9am.

Morning shifts - 7am to 9am

Afternoon shifts - 3pm to 7pm

We require commitment of at least 3 shifts per week.

Your duties will include

Supporting people to achieve their individual goals in line with their NDIS Plan

Daily living support, including attending to personal care needs.

Domestic duties such as vacuuming, laundry and general cleaning.

Administering medications in line with medication management plans.

Supporting people to access the community

Behavioural support, including managing challenging behaviours and behaviours of concern.

Right to work in Australia

Cert IV in Disability or a relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience
