Job summary

Holistic Futures is an experienced NDIS registered service provider supporting people with a disability across Victoria. We focus on individual strengths to tailor care and support plans, aiming to help people be seen for their abilities, not their disability.

We are seeking disability support workers who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week with shifts from 7am-9:30am on weekdays and 2:30pm-7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Check
• Working with Children Check
• Drivers Licence
• First Aid Certificate
• Evidence of Covid vaccination certificate
• Two professional references
• Right to work in Australia
• Cert IV in Disability or a relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Supporting people to achieve their individual goals in line with their NDIS Plan
• Daily living support, including attending to personal care needs
• Domestic duties such as vacuuming, laundry and general cleaning
• Administering medications in line with medication management plans
• Supporting people to access the community
• Behavioural support, including managing challenging behaviours and behaviours of concern

About the role:

7am-9:30am weekdays

2:30pm-7pm Tuesday & Thursday

Potential weekend shifts and sleepovers for the right candidate.

Your duties will include

Supporting people to achieve their individual goals in line with their NDIS Plan

Daily living support, including attending to personal care needs.
