Qualifikationen

• Support household activities and personal care.
• Assist with medical and health needs and medication reminders.
• Help participants attend community events and manage transport.
• Support emotional management and behaviours with a patient, non-judgemental approach.

What we’re looking for

• You will support household activities, medical and health needs, attending community events/activities, personal care, meal management, transport, communication, and managing emotions and behaviours.
• Flexible availability across 7 days
• Certificate III Individual Support is desirable
• Be open to having conversations & be a good listener, without judgement
• Show initiative & think outside the box
• Empower participants you support- 'Do With' not 'Do For'
• Complete a pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check,â¯First Aid and have a valid driver’s licence.
• Limited Part-time & Casual opportunities available
• Preferably be able to work a Rotating roster including some weekends and sleep overs/active night & split shifts.â¯
