Job summary

Newcastle Anglican invites applications for part-time and casual SIL roles supporting individuals with disabilities across 24/7 rosters. Positions available in Jilliby, Morisset, Point Clare and Wyong. You will assist with daily living activities, health needs and community engagement while maintaining person-centred care.

Ideal candidates are good listeners, proactive, and capable of flexible shifts including weekends and sleepovers. Pre-employment checks and a valid licence required.

Qualifications

• Be open to conversations; be a good listener, without judgement.
• Show initiative and think outside the box.
• Empower participants - 'Do With' not 'Do For'.
• Complete a pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid, and hold a valid driver’s licence.
• Rotating roster including some weekends and sleepovers/active night & split shifts.

About The Role

• Part-time positions available in SIL (availability across 24/7 roster) both active and non-active shifts available
