Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers to join our team in Moorooka and surrounding suburbs. We offer a supportive, person-centred environment where you can help people live independently and participate in daily activities.

No two days are the same—duties include meals, cleaning, community outings, appointment attendance, medication support and mobility assistance.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening.
• Driver’s licence or reliable transport.
• Passion for helping others and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support independence and community participation.
• Attend appointments or social activities.
• Medication support.
• Mobility assistance including hoists where required.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Morooka and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
