Job summary

My Support Hero Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking two female support workers to provide high-level care for two Non-verbal, wheelchair-dependent young men aged 25. You will join a close-knit team delivering compassionate in-home and community support.

Mandatory requirements include NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR, a valid driver’s licence, ABN/insurance to operate as an independent worker, and non-smoker status. Weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid driver’s license
• Non Smoker
• ABN and insurance to operate as an independent support worker
• Experience with high physical support needs is essential

Responsibilities

• Manual handling: hoisting, transferring, handling heavy wheelchairs
• Domestic duties: cleaning, laundry, shopping
• Community engagement: accompanying the boys on outings and daily activities
