Job summary

Lutheran Services Australia is seeking a Casual Disability Support Worker for South Burnett Community Services in Kingaroy, Qld. You will empower people with disabilities to live the life they choose, delivering in-home and community-based support.

Role Type: Casual Positions Available

Location: South Burnett Community Services - Kingaroy, Qld

Remuneration: $46.18 - $50.38 ph (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits

As a Support Worker You Will

• Support clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
• Provide in-home and community-based support to promote independence
• Encourage skill development through mentoring and positive role modelling
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care

About You

• A valid Queensland Driver’s Licence and a fully insured vehicle to support clients.
• A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
