Liberty Care Service AUS Pty Ltd – Campbelltown NSW is seeking caring and professional individuals to join our team as Support Workers. You will assist NDIS participants across accommodation services, community participation programs and in-home support, promoting independence and wellbeing.

The role involves working with participants with intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions, and requires flexibility for a 24/7 rotating roster across Sydney locations.

Formación

• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Current CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Australian Driver Licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of the NSW Disability Standards.
• Knowledge of WHS principles, including safe manual handling procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Support participants to develop and maintain independence.
• Assist participants with personal care.
• Complete household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, shopping and community access.
• Implement behaviour support plans to assist individuals with challenging behaviours.
• Promote participant choice, dignity and community inclusion.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.
