Job summary

Danny Met Sally Pty Ltd in Corio and Geelong areas is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist clients in daily living, personal care, and community participation. You will join a values-driven team that prioritises integrity, empathy and respect while promoting meaningful independence.

Successful applicants will bring at least 12 months experience as a Support Worker, a Certificate III in Disability (or equivalent), and current first aid.

Qualifications

• 12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Certificate III in Disability or relatable).
• Experience with complex psychosocial disabilities.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (5 Years Validity).
• Driver’s Licence and comprehensively insured car.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Manual Handling Certificate (12 Months Validity) or willing to obtain.
• Medication Assessment Certificate (12 Months Validity) or willing to obtain.
• Flexible availability and ongoing roster commitment.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living needs, including in-home support and personal care.
• Assist with social engagement and community participation.
• Provide compassionate, reliable, person-centred support aligned to client goals.
